These term and Conditions apply to all sales and services provided by us a jewellery business. By purchasing from, us you agree to be bound by these es terms and conditions.
Definitions
Customer - any person purchasing form us
Goods – jewellery items offered on our site
Order – a request by the customer to purchasing the goods
Order and acceptance
Al orders are subject to availability and may take up to 8 weeks form initial order to delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Acceptance of an order occurs when good are dispatched.
Pricing and payment
Al prices are list in pound sterling and include VAT and delivery where applicable. Payment must be received in full before the dispatch of goods. we accept payment by credit /debit card or bank transfer.
Delivery
We deliver within the UK and internationally where specified. Delivery time are estimate and it takes approximately 8 weeks from order for the products to arrive, because they are handmade and this takes longer. Risk in the good passes to you upon delivery.
Returns ad refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return goods within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage cost are the responsibility of the sender unless the item is faulty.
Warranty and repairs
All goods are covered by 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If you believe the item is faulty then contact us for repair or replacement option.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Scottish law.
Governing Law
These terms are covered by the Laws of Scotland Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
